I have dark eyebrows and light skin. Would it look good on me or no?

Highlights would also look strange.

You should go for a chestnut color with dark blonde highlights so as not to emphasize your pale color.

I also think that highlights will look kinda strange. maybe you could have light brown highlights or just dye your hair light brown

Why don’t you try and do some highlights in your hair first to get used to being lighter before you go all dramatic and go bright blonde, that will give you time to see if you like it and get used to the color change, without harming your hair too much or being bleach blonde and hating it.

Well you cant go all blonde cause your eyebrows will be dark black soo try your hair a shade lighter and go from there
