would I be considered light skinned or dark skinned

Everyone I know tells me im light Skinned but I don’t think I am. I know its not supposed to be a big deal but I can’t help whenever I walk down the street I hear guys yell from their cars whats up with you redbone. And on my pictures on a social site people say im a redbone but I think im dark. My family makes a huge deal out of skin color thats why I worry about it so much. So please can anyone help me find out what I am thank you.
