If you want to be a teacher I'm pretty sure you'd have to get a teaching degree. I don't think communications would work for that.
If you major in business you could probably work at a bank... I'm not 100% sure though.

Kahili is right - to be a teacher in *any* subject, you need to have a teacher's degree. However, you might be able to work as a receptionist in a school.
