Your breasts don't have muscle in them....you can't "work them out".
You can, however, work the muscles underneath, but that will result in the flattening of the breast as the muscle overtakes the fatty tissue, so if you're looking to make them bigger - no dice.
working out the muscles in the breast will make them more perky and larger if you do this exersize. you will lose fat in your breast and gain muscle which may cause them to shrink a couple of sizes if you have a lot of fatty tissue in your breast
take a hand weight with both hands and hold it above your head and flex your breast muscles (20 reps) every other day. hope that helps, and i hope i explained it to where you can understand.
if you dont have a lot of fatty tissue in your breasts already, then this exersize will make you larger in size do to the change in muscle mass
they are Es and i want to make them smaller and perkier!
Then you need to have a breast reduction
