Wobbly legs, help please.

I am 5 foot 2, 19 years old and weigh 7 stone. I am not overly confident, and I have really wobbly legs, both thighs and calfs, and a wobbly butt. I havent had a boyfriend in 2 years, and the last time I wore a skirt or shorts outside the house was when I was 10, because they wobbly loads. How can I stop them wobbling fast? I have tried calf raises and squats but they seem to make no difference, please help me.

Try doing 30 lunges each day for each leg.It might take a while to notice any difference x

whaat ?! if your 7 stone at 19.. why are you trying too LOOSE weight lol

  • every1 wobbles a bit.. its just skin and muscle ..don’t know why your worrying :)

No my legs have a lot of fat on them compared to my lower body. I would not mind if they were the same size but my legs are much bigger than my top half.

Is this a serious question? 7 stone is 98 pounds. That’s not very heavy so I don’t think you’re talking about jiggling cellulite… but then why say you can’t wear a skirt or shorts?

Or do you mean that you lose your balance and your legs can’t support you? If that’s the case you need to get medical help.
