Which is the best wireless router, which one should I get?

cisco or belkin. they are the better of the 2. netgear is ok. i have a netgear router for cable internet, its not bad but the internet should be even faster but i think i have it on a lower frequency. so any of them are good. i had a cisco 1 that was good(but that was for DSL and not cable so that is why i have a netgear right now.)

Like you have to keep restarted them all the time because they lose signal…and stuff like that.

What does Broadband Router mean? I just want a wireless router, is it the same thing? What’s the difference in a broadband router, and one that isn’t broadband?

I have had to replace several Belkin routers for people, so I would stay away from them. Netgear seems to work ok, but I find they needed to be restarted every couple of days.
I love my Linksys router (made by Cisco). Its an older WRT54G, but runs great. Any of those WRT54G, GS, or GL routers are great routers.

The wireless router expands to other laptops/computers around the house, the broadband I’m not sure about

broadband routers are for DSL or slower internet connects. DSL and Cable internet have different routers for each one.

We have a linksys you can get them at Walmart they r not very expensive we have 5 laptops on ours and it picks up real well
