Answer #1

no no no…vodka..hard alcohols like vodka, jim beam, scotch, etc. have no fat from what i know…beer is the worst and wine has fat in it too…hard alcohol!

Answer #2

I have heard red wine is healthy but I dunno!

Answer #3

GOOD GOD PEOPLE DO YOUR RESEARCH.

VODKA IS PACKED WITH CALORIES!!! Worst drink possible for dieters

Whiskey is the best…whiskey and water.

If you HAVE to drink beer, then go for mich ultra or amstil light

if you want wine, go for red. white has less calories but you metabolize red wine faster. every bit of the white wine goes straight to your fat cells, almost 75% of the red wine goes straight to your head and your heart (why its used to lower your cholesterol and prevent heart disease)

enjoy your buzzz!

Answer #4

Try white wine, i drink it everyweeked to get drunk cause i have the same problem i drink alot and want to lose a few. a 120 ml glass of wine has 89 calories. its alot better then vodka or beer! beer is so fattening. its the equivelent to a big mac in one bottle.

heres and awesome white wine for you to try if your not much of a wine drinker

Pelee islands ; prickly pear cactus

go to the liquor store and ask them for it. its so tasty & also good for you cholesterol

Answer #5

All the liquors have calories, the clear ones have fewer… except for rum, which is just made from cane-sugar.

Answer #6

Theoretically, using PURE alcohol mixed in a no-cal soda like Cola Light would be most effective, because the only calories are from the alcohol itself. In reality you won’t be able to get pure alc so easily, but a high-proof Rum works nicely too, you can get up to 80% of alcohol in some types of Rum.

Unfortunately, alcohol increases the water-content of the human body, which will increase you weight. However, the water is also easily lost as soon as you stop drinking.

Answer #7

Try drinking light beer, that’s what they make it for.

Answer #8

Clear liquors. Gin. Vodka.

Answer #9

Yeah, asked my mom, she said you were right! lol……sigh again…..

Answer #10

Red wine IS good for you. Regular intake, but in moderation…
