WINDOWS phone 7 in the verge of DEATH!!!

so yesterday i was out walking from school when i reached into my pocket to get my phone, BUT SENSE I AM SO CLUMSY!!! My phone fell onto the floor… so obviously i try’d to turn it on and it did BUT its says “STORAGE CARD NOT WORKING your storage card has changed, is damaged, or non-compliant. To fix this, turn off your phone and either remove the storage card or replace it with a new compliant card. Then you’ll need to reset your phone to the original factory settings. To rest phone your phone, refer to the owners manual.”

My issue is that i do not know what storage card are they talking about???? and how can i reset the phone?? PLEASE HELP !!!!!!!!!!!! :”(

I’m not 100% familiar with your particular phone, BUT the storage card is usually in the battery compartment.

Sounds like when you dropped it, it just jarred loose and you can just pop it back in place.

It’s just a small sd card that is somewhat spring loaded.
