Will I lose weight this way?

if I have porridge oats with water for my breakfast and then fruit for lunch, and then a salad or a kacket potaoe with beans or summat for my tea. will that be a good weight loss, and is doin an hour weight lifting, 200 situps and an hour bike riding or walking. how quick do ya think I will l,ose 2 stone, and get down to 6stone? x Please help if ya no any diet plans or out? x x

Sure, just make sure that you’re eating enough calories to cover your needs each day. Add up the calories you’re consuming, and then compare that to your daily needs…if you burn 1500 calories, you’ll lose one pound - so perhaps 3300 pounds to lose one kilo. I don’t know how stones compare to kilos though.

Why the hell would you want to get down to six stone? That sounds unhealthy to me Thants just my opinion

Just make sure you are taking in less then what you are burning. It’s simple math. Less food, more moving.
