Will I lose weight?

Hey, just wondering if I run 4.5-5 miles, swim 1/3 of a mile, and do some extra abs/weights/etc. a day, will I lose weight? Assuming I’m eating between 1500-2000 calories a day, and I’m 14, 5’2.5” and 100lbs??

I wouldnt run that much a day it isn’t good for your knees in the long run, unless your running on sand then its an extra workout :) 2-3 mile should be fine, and as for weights you should do them every other day if your going to be working the same part of your body, something to do with resting muscles and stunting growth lol but apart from that yeah you will lose a heck of a lot of weight just make sure it ain’t too much :)

your thin already but yeah you will lose weight! thats actually overdoing it. maybe do it 4 days a week cause its so intense. it is healthy tho . you do need breaks!

thats skinny ..im 113 at 5’5 but ok just don’t eat anything afetr 5:30pm only lots of watter and don’t eat fast food or rice,potatoes,spagetty nothing like that

100 pounds and your 14 that is average and it depends what you eat and how much you eat and unless its a new thing all this excersize then you will probably stay the same but be more fit

damn, thats a good workout. and yes, as long as you eat less then 2000 calories per day you’ll lose weight regraudless
