Will he get sent to prison?
Well one of my close friends got put on Tag in may for a very serious offence he is on it for 6months, he is also doing community service 3days a week, Youth offending everyday 9-12am. He has breached his order 3times by not being home by 10pm. He was 17 when he offended but he recently turned 18 so he is on Youth Offending and not Probation, so they are not going to take his case lightly now he’s an adult either. Hes got court on the 20th about his breaching, Do you think he will get sent down ? =[ =[
yhh Sco it iz bout Kai… hes breached it 3tyms now .. But its only going to Youth court on Wednesday and not Crown court. But when he was in court it was between getting put on tag for 6months or getting sent to prison for 5yrs minimum, but now hes breached it if he gets sent down he will get 5yrs if not more. but on wednesday its going to youth court if they decide to take it to crown court, even magistrates then hes gettin sent down 4 sure.
If he’s breached an order 3 times…he probably will. Get a lawyer and hope he doesn’t go to jail, but he probably will. sorry
Most likely he will be put into prison but it all depends on the judge and if he has a good lawyer. But, I would say yes he will be, sorry.
Oh my goddd… Is this about Kai ? I havent spoke to him for ages I hope he dont get sent to prison =[ =[ … Come on guys answer please..its a close friend to both of us, if you have any idea or even suggestion to the outcome let us know please, im curious too now =] x
