Dany, Don’t worry about wanting to lose a pound etc..Concentrate on a strong stomach. Start and do (while watching TV) do 10 sets of 15 sit-ups. Example…1st set..15 sit-ups rest a few minutes..do 2nd set…15 sit-ups…do this 8 more times. Do this stomach workout 4 times a week… Don’t make your goal losing a pound etc…Make your goal something like “next month you want to be up to doing (instead of 15 per one set) maybe 20 or 25 sit-ups per set. Everything else ( your concerns) will take care of itself…I promise. Familycoach
oh I’m not worried about losing weight. I dont really want to, I dont think I need to. but my coaches tell me I need to burn fat and replace it with muscle. whatever. but yeah I already do that, I so crunches and bicycles while I’m watching tv and I go running 3 times a day 2 miles each time. the I just wanted to know out of curiousity.
