Answer #1

“You should gain knowledge from history books instead of news sound bites, and rock and roll. ‘If we again believe that wars are over, we will have another and damned quick’ -General George S. Patton Jr. I believe George W. Bush protected this country by moving the battlefield from downtown Manhattan to Iraq. It worked, because this country has not seen another attack on our soil since 9/11.”

IRAQ HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH 9/11. You are making a mockery of the horrific tragedy eveytime you try to tie the two together. Maybe you should gain some knowledge from somewhere other than FAKE News and Blimpaugh.

I live in NY, and I know quite a few people who died on 9/11, and also many rescue workers whose lives will never be the same. I can’t stand it when I hear this crap that Iraq had anything to do with 9/11. You need to stop drinking the koolaid, and think for yourself.

BYOB by System of a Down Lol it is a good question however people claim it’s because he’s the president he shouldn’t so he can’t be killed in war, blah blah blah But then again, why did Kings fight in a war? They’re were kind of like a president, but more important(so I like to believe, when you think of it they were nearly the entire government system so) so why did kings fight & presidents not? because they fear death probably or the government will loose their puppet & don’t feel like going through the hassel of gaining another that’s what I think The president is an iconic(me made word so hush 1_~) puppet

Answer #3

rickd - do you ACTUALLY believe the war in Iraq has anything to do with 9/11?

Answer #4

Yes, baseballman4life you sound pretty stupid I should say if you think every soldier is dumb. Some of us actually have beliefs and morals.

Answer #5

they dont send the poor, they send the people who are stupid enough to go to war…like me, but I just want to kill people

Answer #6

Everyone has their role to play as well as soldiers. You can call people pawns but if you’re not a pawn then you’re a bum so find your role and play it well =D

Presidents are made to make the final decision and as long as it is for the future and for the country then I’ll support it but you never know what goes behind the scenes and what is unsaid. In the the end it is not just the president’s vote. I would not blame him for a bad decision but the unseen guys that influence him and other old men in congress that have never known hardship in their entire lifetime.

Answer #7

uhm…because the poor enlist?

and presidents don’t?

Answer #8

Answer #9

lol system reference

because they suck monkey balls thats why

Answer #10

Actually, 31 of this country’s presidents were in the military at some point in their lives. Of those, 21 have served in combat. So, effectively half of this country’s executive leaders have been to war.
