I woke up this morning spitting up blood not from a cough or my nose or any cuts just blood that I couldnt see unless I spit up the first one was dark red like dried up and im pregnant 23 wks what is this?

Coughing up blood for no apprant reason is never good, seeing as your pregnant as well I’d get to the doctors asap just to make sure your ok. It’s better to be safe than sorry right. : ]
