it is a form of sharing. unintentionally on your part but he thinks somehow he has earned a free pass. In his mind you two are now connected in a way. he has seen something you wanted to keep private. Now he desires to do more than see and since he has already broke down the wall of embarrasment he wants you to feel comfortable with him. as your only 15 if hes watching you (and thats really strange he must have a screw loose or summet) hes watching an underage girl, therefor hes breaking the law and creeping you out at the same time. even if I’ve worked your age out wrong its still wrong and very worrying..

1. tell your brother that his mate keeps staring at you as your getting dressed (if hes staring in through a window then wouldnt that be a type of harassment?)

2. tell your parents

3. go to the police (id take this option cus I 100% guarantee you he wont watch you again)

how can he watch u?does he actually open yur door and watch when yur in yur room dressing?if he does just tell yur dad to bar him frm yur house
