Why what is the name of that story book?

Ok so there is this book and on the cover it has this picture of this young girl. And the story is about these two girls and there mom leaves them in their house for the summer and they have no heat or electricity. And they live by a pond and at nights they go and swim in the pond but they cant swim to far out [maybe they dont know how deep it is I think?] and across from this pond there is this young boy whos rich and him and the oldest girl both have a crush on eachother but since shes poor and hes rich, the girl gets picked on and stuff. I don’t know what the name is though. Ugh, its on the very yip of my tongue but I cant think of it…help?
