We I started to go on the pill just incase the condom splits and I kept bleebing since I took it then went off it for 4 days ad started back on and since I taken it my periods havent started it in 3/4 months

What pill are you on? Certain heavier pills have all the side effects that you are describing.

I.e. continuous bleeding or stopping your period alltogether.

It’ll be better to speak to your doctor or a local nurse and maybe to switch to another lighter brand.
