Im supost to start my period tomorow, but my cousin I think is coming over to swim tomorow and then on saturday im going to the lake to swim and on sunday I have a pool party here at my house, but I absuloutly hate wearing a tamon I feels so weird and I hurts really bad. And heres the worst part my birthday is on monday. Im praying really hard that I can just skip this month! Any thought or advice or any thing??
Have you ever tried the tampons that are made for teenagers? If not, try them. Relax, put one foot on the toilet and insert it (make sure you put it in till your fingers touch your body then push the plunger.)

Tampons shouldn't feel uncomfortable, you shouldn't be able to feel them hardly at all so check on that.
exercising can sometimes delay it. try a lot of it!
