Why is my Microsoft Word 2007 doing this!!!???

Okay, so I got a new laptop for Christmas. It came with two free months of Microsoft Word 2007. It was working perfectly- I could use it, safe my files, and everything. Then, the other day, when I was typing, a notification came up (I forget what it was-swell) and I clicked ‘yes’. Then after that it wouldn’t let me type- on the bottom of the screen it said “This modification could not be alowed because the selection is locked”. I looked everywhere- where is the ‘unlock’ button??? How do I fix this??? HELP ME MY SCIENCE PROJECT IS DUE TOMMAROW!!!

You are hooped for tomorrow unless you know someone with Office 2007 and can finish the project on their machine. Without knowing what the message was, there is no way to accurately diagnose your issue. Good luck!

Have the two months finish because if it has then it won’t work anymore unless you buy it if not then I got nothing. Sorry.
