you can’t afford help? YOU NEED HELP! come on, you are in control of your own happiness-not this ex of yours. Do you honeslty think she cares enough about you, because I think that is she did, she would see how much she is hurting you and stop. I dont mean to be harsh, but as an outsider, it may be better to hear this: No girl is worth cutting yourself over. No one is. how can you expext her to love you if you clearly don’t love yourself?

try get some help. you’re only 16…you have your whole life ahead of you.

help doesnt nessessarily cost anything, most of its free and you do need it you clearly need some help its important that you speak up about how your feeling and get it off your chest it will make you feel a whole lot better its not something you can handle by yourself, and not something that will go away if pushed under the rug also people arnt mind readres they wont know somethings wrong unless you tell them speek up and talk to a family memner. relative, friend, teacher, counsellor, doctor, ect you do need to get help for your depression and also for the self harm youve got a lot to live for, theres no point in giving up the only certainty in life is death, so you may as well make your time alive worthwhile also, that girl sounds horrible she obviously had no concern for your feelings and didnt respect you at all shes probably the kind of girl that if your mum didnt already, should have warned you about do speek up and get the help you need, occupy your time with other activities so you dont feel the urge to cut or slip into depression practice doing things you love and try to do it so much that your exausted by the end of the day, that way you wont feel like cutting its okay to cry and feel horrible over a brak up but self harming and wanting to die isnt a good thing do speek up and get some help about it

your like my boyfriend sad… I know that my boyfriend would go through the same thing you are in IF I ever broke up with him its saddening me… thats why I never intend to hurt him in anyway or let go of him, I know how he will be without me, im like his life, which makes him keep going and strong through things, its a hard thing to do for me, because he expects me to be strong so he can be strong so im trying my best to be strong for him, and hey he gives me the love I need to keep going and thats all I need …

but hey, your not the only one whos on that situation, some people get through it and find a better girl, even though if you thought that she was the ‘one’… you’ll still find the right person who will give you everything that your ex girlfriend didn’t. All I can just say is have hope, my boyfriend said if I ever break up with him, he’ll take me back no matter what, he’ll just be waiting for me… but I dont know about you and your ex… but you and my boyfriend seems to have a lot in common, if I were your ex girlfriend, and knew that your like that, I would never ever hurt you in anyway and just give all the love and care you need… but your ex needs to realise that if she can’t, well there only one thing… she isn’t the right one…

but dont give up… I know how your feeling, just dont give up, you’ll find the perfect girl in no time, and then you’ll be happy that you never done anything, if you have you’ll never get the chance to even see the face of your love one, or even hear her voice, or just see her smile, not even once… and thats not what you what to give up on isn’t??
