Why is job hunting so hard?
I havent worked in a few year (I dont want to go into detail) and im having a hard time coping with the idea of going back in the work force. I mean I feel like im looking for my very first job all over again. im afraid no one will hire me. how do I make this easier on myself?
Just stay positive and realize that although you may be turned down several times, each time brings you that one step closer to the job that is waiting just for you.
You can’t get a job if you go in with that type of attitude about it. You have to be positive and have self confidence. If you don’t feel good about yourself, neither can they. Try doing like George on Seinfeld did…do the opposite. If the other way doesn’t work, then it would make sense that the opposite would have to work.
