Why is it wrong to play knock knock ginger?

I dont really know why it is wrong to play this game, I never played it but what is wrong with playing it?

It’s where a bunch of friends knock on somebodys door and then run away before the person has time to answer. Then when that person does answer, theres nobody there. Isn’t it funny. I’m splitting my sides with laughter. [Jk] : ]

Anytime you’re using someone else’s irritation to provide entertainment for yourself, you’re treading an ethically fine line. Granted, as far as pranks go, this one is fairly innocuous, as you’re not causing anyone harm or damaging anything, but it’s still irritating and a waste of time for the victim.

Would you want someone irritating you for their own amusement?
