Because your bladder is close to your vagina, and your pee comes out through an opening that is between your vaginal opening and your clit. Do not be ashamed to pee right before sex. You should always have sex with a bath next door. My SO not infrequently has an additional pee between the foreplay and the main event.

Your lower abdomen is pretty crowded what with 3 systems being located down there: digestion, urinary, and reproductive. Sex gives reproduction the best seat in the house for a wee while. A consequence is that the other systems are crowded and beat up a bit.

The reason why you have an orgasm is because all your muscles “down there” get really, really tense, and then suddenly relax (giving you the feeling of an orgasm). So when they all relax, the pressure is taken off your bladder, and it makes you feel like you have to pee. I recomend just going to the bathroom before sex.
