Why is homework so gay?

HAHAHAHAHHA yep.. I know which half is gay alright.. but nahh they have a point, and im sure I know quite a lot about where im living, and I dont want to know about other countries and history.. I’ll tell my kids stories or MY life, and my parents, not stupid history crap.. grr

Homework may not be fun, but there is a good reason for it. It helps you apply what you learn to see if you learned anything. Your friends don’t have to act like their homework is their life, but there is nothing wrong with studying. If they want to accelerate, you have to work hard.

Homework is not “gay,” it’s a way to reinforce what you are learning in school. When you are older, you’ll wish you had done more of it. Knowing nothing about the world around you is not cool when you’re an adult, it’s just sad.

Your other friends realize this, and they’re going to be glad they did well in school.

The amount of homework has been increasing. Legislators believe this is the way to bridge the education gap between our schools and the schools of other industrialized countries. I don’t have a problem with homework per se. It is just that much looking over what is assigned as homework, much of it is mindless repetition and busywork. The sort of thing that dulls the mind instead of sharpening it.

Who does homework? I know I dont. Teachers have stopped giving me it haha
