why I can not add friends in funadvice when I check the answers .

Got wonderful answers from friends I added to my contact and those I did not so I rily need to chat with them.

So sometimes I add people it will say.. bla bla this person with have to aprove you bla blah, but sometimes it says I am now...

How do you add friends and decline them ??
