Why Haven't I Fallen Pregnant?

Me and my husband have been trying for a baby for a year. I have three sisters who all got pregnant the first time they tried. Is there something wrong with me? If I was going to get pregnant it would have happened by now wouldn’t it? does my age have anything to do with it? why does it have to be me that hasn’t got a baby. I feel so left out :’( Jo x

Start dating (your current boyfriend/husband) again. Set times to have fun and connect. Cut back on the stressors, and smoking and drinking. Don’t talk about having a baby or let sex seem like a chore. That in itself will keep you from having a baby. Have your man wear boxers instead of tight things. Have him cut back on hot baths and take cooler showers. Intaking lots of sugar and caffeine will keep you both more infertile (so cut it out!) Start eating healthier, excess weight causes infertility. Eat lots of greens especially fresh spinach. It has folic acid which is good for getting pregnant and after you are pregnant. Dr. Oz has some good tips about foods you need to eat to get pregnant. http://ask.doctoroz.com/question/thinking-about-getting-pregnant

You should definitely go to the doctor and have both of you tested to see if everything is healthy and as it should be though. I hope this helps.

You mentioned in an earlier question some severe pains that were causing you problems. Try going to the doctor about those.

Also, don’t be in a rush to have children. After the first 3 years the cuteness starts wearing off.
