Why dose my cousin feel this way about me?

Kk im 15 years old and my cousin is a few months younger tzhan me.right befor I moved h wouldent leave me alone and he was being kinda wierd!he would follow me around at family events and just like look at me and say like I look realy cute in that top ofr I have nice legs!?and it was kinda wierd caous my cousin was always guiet and was kinda a nerd!hes nice but thin creeps me out!?so why was he like that to me?

Is he a first cousin? Was he around you a lot growing up? If you were not like a sister then is not uncommon for him to have a crush on you.

Yeah he just like you it dosent mean he will be your boyfriend or anathing I mean he is your cousin!LOL I think meaby just talk to him about how you are feeling and im sure he will understand
