Why does he keep asking for sex?

My best friends brother keeps asking me for sex. I don’t understand. He told me he broke up with his girlfriend for me. But I told him I wear a promise ring and he was like “And?!” and I said “I’M NOT HAVING SEX TILL I’M MARRIED OR REALLY IN LOVE!!” then he got mad and the next day he texted me and started the same thing. I don’t know how to get him off my back. One time he even ask me to do it in school right there. They are having family problems and I think he is trying to get away from it with sex. I’m not the kind of a girl but I don’t know how get him away from me. my friend finds if really creepy too. Help please!
