Why does this guy laugh at like EVERYTHING I say?..

So I really have a thing for this guy at work. I feel embarassed but hes much older. im 19 and hes 37 :(

but he seriously like laughs at what I say all the time. almost every time we pass eachother walking he always says hi and then laughs and will say hi each time he sees me again multiple times a day.

I dont make jokes I dont see whatss so funny. when im working with him he will stand really close to me and be like hi and I always ask him why he is laughing and he will say imfunny and I makehim laugh. but he finally said to me “ok so im really laughing because I think youre adorable” and iwas like “ookk is that a good thing?” and hes like “yes! its a compliment” and I was so blushing. and he called me beautiful instead of my name before lol.

all the time I go up to ask him something he gets this cute compassionate smile

whats his deal? I dont look or act weird.

He’s just paying you compliments. He’s also having some light fun with the younger girl in the office without getting into too much trouble because he can.
