Why does push up help your boobs?

I herd that push ups helps your boobs. How do they help and what do they do?

no, they dont work push-ups help to make your pec muscles bigger, not your actual breasts yout boobs are made up entirely of fat, there is no muscle in them and no exercsise can increase the amount of fat anywere gaining weight all over your body will make them bigger though as will things like puberty, pregnancy (which involves gaining weight) and surgery

Okay I think we have a mis understanding but What I mean is push ups like in a work out lifting weights You know when your on the floor prone and then you push up Yeah thats what I mean not a push up bra I already know what that is

I’m not sure exactly. but when I used to wear a pushup it made my boobs stay in a firm position. my boobs never look saggy after wearing one, which is a REALLY good thing. :]

They just push whatever you have up, obviously.

They don’t affect your actual chest, and are very slutty.
