Why does he act like this??
K so my unofficial boyfriend and I who have been together for about a year and four months and I finally had sex last november! We talked about it and he doesnt feel bad about it or anything. it was his first time though and he is younger than me. it wasnt my first time and I liked it ha we always talk on the phone and he is such a sweety but he never makes time for me!! he says he is always busy. and yeah he is but like make at least a little time for me. we talked about us and he sounded so sincere.. he said he would try calling me more and that he would make more time for me.. yeah last time I saw him was on christmas and we havent talked at all this year. I dont get why he never makes time for me. he is still in high school and obsessed with his friends. hes the type of person to end things with a girl if he isnt interested anymore though so I dont know what his deal is.. he is so confusing. I do know he cares about me though because we have been together for a really long time but I just want to know why he could not be taking us seriously? maybe cause he is young and immature?
It sounds like he’s not mature enough to be in a relationship yet. Also I’m sure your a great girl but maybe your just not his type. You say he’s your unofficial boyfriend, truth is if its been a year if he was really into you enough to develop a relationship he would have done it by now. Men don’t think about sex like women do, sex is just sex to men unless an emotional one on one relationship is involved which he had made apparent he is not interested in. Having sex with him may have gave him the wrong message because you never stated your expectations for a romantic relationship.
Sex can change your relationship because then he could think if you two hang out more you might have sex more.
