Its not supposed to be scary… its supposed to be a teen-love drama…

The book was written for teenagers, and the movie was marketed for teenagers. Since teenagers are usually easily amused, and don’t have much with regards to standards, it makes total sense that the movie would be successful.

Because it has sexy vampires in it - that’s it. Honestly, it’s awful and has a terrible story line, lots of plotholes and is just written horribly.

I have no idea and NONE of the vampiers are hot. I haven seen the movie, nor do I want to. it never came appealing to me, and none of the guys in the movie makes me want to see it. the commercials of it wasn any count. its just not my thing.
