Why does a sneaky page appear on a porn site ?

When im browsing a porn site ,I sometimes notice a flicker of a page quickley appear and disapear. When I drop the page down that im looking at , I find a gambling/casino or other rogue page there. Why is this ?, and what is the danger of it ?

porn stars are paid by who they work for on a particular set, not by internet pop up/under advertising. ;)

its just a how they make some funds.. allowing pop up/under advertising. theyve been around since before there even was a internet.
