Why do we have pc viruses
Why are they made and my virus protecter caught one but could not remove it so what now? A system restore?
You can almost always get the virus removed. Most viruses and Mal-Ware are created by coders that usually gather personal information that is then sold to various organized criminal organizations. Some viruses are created to gain control over your computer to help them crack passwords and to crash websites.
There are a few programs I use for removing viruses and junk from client computers I work on.
If you live in Canada or the US I can always make a call and walk you through some things. I have unlimited Canada and US calling. Otherwise I can try through e-mail or remote control to help with your issue.
