why do people get nose bleeds?

I havent heard of ice being used before but if it helped that is good. and yes a blood clot is a like a big clog of blood. If you get them more you should runa humidifyer it helps. if you have any other questions just ask

Is a blood clot like a big clog of blood ? because I did blow it out there was some what more bleeding But then I but ice on my nose to help stop it and then it helped.. Was that good or bad what I did?

Firstly you should never hold your head back when you have a nose bleed , you should pinch the bridge of your nose and hold your head up straight .. Secondly there are loads of different reasons you could have had a nose bleed … Sometimes it can be a medical condition or as you said just stress or it could just be that you have a cold or even the cold weather can sometimes cause nose bleeds … So basically it could be anything ! Tough to say what caused it. I wouldn’t worry about it unless it doesn’t stop or you have repeated nose bleeds. If they become more frequent go see a doctor. You should also be practicing safe sex.

could just be because of a change in weather or the air is to cold or dry.

also can be from it being dry…my boyfriend gets them all the time…
