Why do my veins hurt?

On Thursday, I had aerobics at school. We did a lot of running, jumping jacks, sprints, and other exercises which I felt my muscles burning when we were doing them. The day after I was really really sore- my legs, back, shoulders, and arms. One of my feet really hurt too, it’s not exactly my foot, it’s the inner side of my right foot, right in between where my foot meets my ankle. In between, you can see a lot of veins, and they hurt a lot. I don’t know if it’s sore or it just hurts. I’ve never experienced this no matter how sore my legs are.

Should I be worried? Or will it eventually wear off as my soreness will wear off?

Sounds to me that your muscles at the time of exercise got overly tightened. You should get a massage to relieve the tightness in your muscles. As for your veins I think they are dilating to try and relieve the soreness in that area. I wouldn’t pass up a visit to the doctor just to be on the safe side :)
