Why do my breasts and back hurt? Backpack, or 34DD?
I am 14 years old, and have been a 34-DD for over a year. Lately my back has been hurting constantly to the point where I cannot sleep well or be comfortable. My breasts are also really sore and hurting (I’m not sexually active, so I am not pregnant), they make me feel like crying sometimes and I wonder how I can reduce that pain. My problems could be because I started highschool recently and carry a lot of books in my backpack. Please give me answers or solutions!

could be the size of your breasts, your back too because of the weight of your breasts…for your size…you have a small frame yea? if pain is accompanied by a discharge go to a doctor… presently you should go, just to be sure very young for 34DD…get a backpack that you can drag along or leave your books in the locker…you are 14 and your breasts are only gonna grow, doh give your back more stress than usual know a woman with the same problem..she had a breast reduction at age 35-40, real real real huge breasts, she has chronic back pain to this day…but she can stand a little straighter
chances are girl that your breasts are the major problem, try and use a sprots bra and keep them as close in to your chest as possible, it may help!
I am 23 years old I have been suffering from back pain since I was 16 years old. I try to figure out why? hopefully the doctor I am seeing can help me. But my breast are 40 ddd and have been so since forever. My back hurts constantly I never get a break and I cant sleep or sit down good at all. I try excersising and staying busy and resting but nothing works I am tired of pain killers what should I do?I cant keep crying and losing sleep.huhhh
