Why do I never feel full ??

It really odd after an average sie plate of spaghetti bolognese and then a desert (yogurt) I still feel hungry but I dont want to eat anything else because Im scared of getting fat. I am often hungry after breakfast aswell and lunch even after I have eaten quite a lot but if I eat anymore I will gain weight.

For example today I had a bagel and soup and raisins for lunch yet I still felt hungry after anything I feel hungry it doesnt matter what I eat. Last week I had a baked potato and beans thinking it might be more filling yet again it wasnt.

What can I do to feel full and satisfied without gaining weight ???
