Why do I have these feelings?

I’ve started having feelings that I don’t understand, like I’ve been having sexual dreams, Is this normal for a 14yr old girl? Its like I have all this tension inside me that I cant get out, I’ve though about a boy I like in ways I know I shouldent, whats wrong with me, this is so frustrating!

Yes it’s normal and nothing to worry about. It’s part of maturing and having more active hormones and just things like becoming aware of your sexuality.

It’s all part of going through puberty too, everything is changing, not just your body, but the feelings you have and probably your outlook on life.

It’s important that you don’t feel bad over these feelings, that will just cause stress and worry. And again there is nothing to be worried about.
