Why do I feel so much better after a fight?

I know it sounds bad, but when me and one of my friends fight it feels like I just let everything go & after I’m the happiest person in the world. & in the best mood.

I bet I sound super b*tchy, but I don’t mean it to be that way. I really don’t have a problem with keeping feelings in and bottling them up, so I don’t know why I feel better after. I usually communicate a lot about feelings.

Does anyone experience this too?

Dont feel bad about it, It’s just probably one of your body’s outlets, when you build on large amounts of stress, pain, and other unwanted emothins after a while they NEED to be let out .

You might not want to fight but once your body build up that adrenaline you obviously cant help it because when your fighting most people dont know that when you put pressure onto something away from your body your transfering your bodies energy onto something else. Which gives us that feeling of being happy, relaxed or just worn out.

Hope I helped : )
