Why do I burp so much?

I usually only burp after I drink soda but I dont drink soda anymore. I keep burping before and after I eat. They arent cute little burps, if there ever cute, they are loud bleches. They are gross how can I figure out why I get them.I havent change my diet or anything. How do I get them to stop?

You may be swallowing air when you swallow. Try eating slower so you don’t gulp down air. Good Luck!!
