Why do I always drink and drive?

Tonight I went out and had some beers and drove home. I know I shouldn’t be doing this but it happens a lot and I know I shouldn’t be but I do it anyways…it sucks

Answer #1

probably because you dont think anything will happen to you people are much more likely to stop drinking and driving if they get caught and get punnished and/or end up crashing there car and worse, end up killing someone untill then most people think “‘it’ll never happen to me”‘ so they continue to do it as toadaly said you should make plans before you go out and drink because its not likley that youll think “‘you know what I shouldnt drive home because im drunk”‘ if you are drunk its easier to amke the decision when your sober try also getting one of thos ebreathalizers you can keep with you so if your over the limit you’ll know, and hopefully wont drive if your going somewere that means youll all be drinking so theres no designated driver arrange other means of transportation like get there and back by taxi or bus

Answer #2

simple, don’t drive to where ever you are going. bangs head against brick wall. A few more thousand of these and I might be able to appreciate why you don’t know the answer to this question.

Answer #3

drivers in their teens right up till their mid 20s or untill they have a serious crash are inconsiderate on the roads and are the reasons my premiums keep going up each year 0_o

get a taxi or walk cus rarther that than kill yourself or someone else

Answer #4

In my little world of horrors where I’m King:

I’d treat driving while under the influence the same as attempted manslaughter. Actually kill someone? That would be murder in the first degree.

Answer #5

Because you have bad judgment when you’re drunk.. Try getting a ride with somebody responsible.. you don’t want to put yourself or someone else in harm’s way.

Answer #6

Since you know you’re going to do it, make plans before you start drinking so you won’t have to drive…or stop drinking. Have a friend hold you accountable or something like that. If you continue, you’re going to get busted or worse eventually.
