Why do girls do this?

I’ve been told countless stories of how a girl is in love with a guy that treats them horribly. When I brought this up to a girl she comes back with “Girls like those type of guys thinking that they can change the guy. Make him a better person”.

I was like ok… then that brought up another question. “If that’s true then why do girls complain that the guy has changed. They are not the one they liked to begin with”

Hmm. First of all, not to be rude, but seriously. Don’t stereotype my gender, alright? Not all girls think that way. I’d rather have a guy who’s mature enough to care for the girl, instead of being a jerk. And we aren’t all just whining girls, who just complain about everything in our lives. Putting that aside, it might be because some girls like a challenge. And once that challenge is gone, so is the attraction. But then again, who knows? Us girls are complex. =P Good luck figuring us out. xD
