Why do boys not tell there feelings?

I have lots of male friends and they always complement me and flirt but they never step up and tell me how they really feel. Do you think they like me or are they just bored?

It could be possible that they like you. Most guys are very insecure about their sexuality and have to act all manly and crap or else they run the risk of being called gay. They feel that if they act with more emotion that the guys around them will call them gay and then may lose some or all the respect they have among “guy” friends. Its a sad thing really. That’s why a lot of guys are only intimate with their girlfriends in private and a$$holes around their friends. But if they can be comfortable with their sexuality, which means for instance, they know for a concrete fact that their straight and don’t really care if someone calls them gay, they will be more open to things like that. Sadly, its the way things work when your under the microscope of your peers. Hope this gives you a better idea of SOME men. Hope it helps :)

I’m sorry to have to break the news to you, but that’ that’s just how guys are. (And I am one, so I know.) We’re just idiots when it comes to emotions, feelings, communication, etc. But we’re good at sports and… um… well, we’re good at sports. So we think that makes up for it.

So that just means that you (all girls) have to be patient with us, don’t worry about being direct (say things like, “Look, idiot, I like you. Do you like me, or not?”), and figure out how to read signals – like if we walk past you in the hall and accidently brush your arm, that really means, “I think you’re hot, I love you, and I want to have sex with you in the locker room right now.”
