Why didn't he call me?

I went to a bar and saw this cute guy there. I went up to him and told him he was cute. he asked for my number. I told him I didnt live around here and I was leaving tommorow to go home. but he wanted it anyway. so he called that night and asked what time I was leaving the next day so we could see each other. but it never happened I left. - 3 days later I text him and say hey whatsup. I just wanted to see if he would actually repsond and see if he was using me just for sex or actually wanted to be friends or whatever. well he texted me and then called. and we talked for like an hour. then he said he would call the next day… and he did! we talked for another hour. and he said he had to do some school work and he had to go and said should I call later? and I said its up to you. anddd and he did like 4 hours later. he said he was done with his work and said hi. Next day.. friday.. party nite. he told me he parties a lot on weekends but weekdays does all his work and is very into his school stuff. so I called him friday nite. which he has always been calling. but I figured if were just friends id call him. he was about to go out and we talked for like 15 minutes. then he said.. want me to call you tonite again at like12 and said no im going to go to sleep and he said ill call you tommorow then… Soo its tommorow and he NEVER called :-( He kept his word the other times… why do you think he didnt call??? do you think he was partying too much or whatt??
