I don’t think taking your picture in a public place is a violation of your privacy (how about all those cameras that take pictures of you in various cities without your permission).

Only if they used the picture in a commercial venture, without your consent, would they be violating your rights.

well they could ahve always been taking a picture of themselves chicks usually take pictures of themselves and there friends anywere and everywere if they did take a picture of you it weas either probably because they like you style or think you look weird either way if they took a picture of you this really is an invasion of your privacy as they can put that picture anywere if it ever happensa ageain,ask the people to kindly delete there picture from there phone if they dont listen, either ingore them or do something else about it

um no they is around the same age as I am ( about 15 maybe 16 )

Strange… I’d worry. And I wouldn’t ‘lol” either.

I’d assume it was innocent but I’d stay alert as what is going around me.
