why cant I lose weight?

I have fish or eggs with only one yolk for breakfast and litlle salad with smoke salmon and friut for lunch then fruit for dinner. I excercise dailly but it seems like I haven’t lose any weight, maybe I lose 1-2kg and it has been nearly ten days now. Usually I eat like crazy, you know, I eat a lot and now I eat very little, I don’t get it, how can’t I lose weight! Or maybe I eat too much friut or is my fruit too sweet but usually I eat this fruit a lot more. ( fruit I eat such as apple, watermelon, pomelo, grape, rose apple)

Got to mix some moderate exercise in there to burn more calories then you take in - Breakfast: Bananas and room temp. water - then eat light but drink only water each meal - lastly, eat nothing after 8 at night…Take care !!

Well, for starters, salmon is a high fat fish, the yolk of the egg is the fatty part, and fruit is high in natural sugars.

Eat more vegetables, natural grains, and lean meats.

hmm well;l although what your eating may be healthy your eating a lot of it, maybe cut down on your portions I mean I eat either breakfast and dinner or lunch and dinner I never have 3 meals a day I couldnt stomach it

you could be starving yourself…

if you cut back too much on calories (more than 20%) your body will feel like you are starving, and cause you to overeat at your next meal. it will also store all the calories as fat because it thinks you’re going to starve it again… human bodies do this if you cut too many calories.

besides… it’s only been 10 days… how much did you expect? you’re only supposed to lose about a pound and 1/2 in a period of 7 days, or else you could be burning muscle along with the fat,making it harder to lose weight.
