Why cant I get over my ex?

I have dated many guys yeah I have liked them but never have loved them untill april 2, 2006 when I met this one guy at first I thought ok we will go out for a couple of months then I will forget about him like I have with my other boyfirends but in this case it was different I actually fell in love for the first time we were together for 2 years on and off we broke up because he wasnt down to settle he still wanted to play his little games I havent seen him for 3 months I always think about him and I get really sad I have met other guys and for me to like one of those guys they have to look the same as my ex but sometimes I feel that the only reason for me liking my ex so much was just because a lot of girls were after him and because he is so cute because to be honest with you he wasnt a good boy-friend

then obviously you didnt love him it was nothing but lust maybe you cant get over him because you keep thinking bout how cute he was pray bout it and just try not to think about stuff like that
