Why can't some parents let their tenn daughter shave their legs?

I did it behind mines bakk… just say you felt un comfortorble and its yur body and yur choice

What I would do is just shave my leg anyway and if your parentfinds out just tell them your standing up for your belife.Caw

well, I am 14. I started shaving my legs when I was like10 or 11. maybe sooner, I don’t know. but at first when I was like 10 I asked my mom, and she wouldnt let me for the longest time, she was afraid I would cut my legs.lol eventually I told her I shaved my legs behind her back and she said thats okay, she understood. now if your parents arnt letting you shave your legs and your a teen. tell them you want to. or just do it. thats how I started to shave my legs when I was 10 and how all my friends did it. if your a teen I believe you should at least be able to shave your legs!!! so, I am with you there!! some parents are probably worried that their daughter may accidentally cut herself. The daughter should be able to prove that she’s cautious enough to do it

they dont want guys looking at your nice smooth legs your body your choice

yes I think its mean. I started shaving my legs when I was 13, and all the girls at school had started when they were 11, 12. I was always made fun of because of that, and it alienated me, being the only girl like that. it wasnt my mums fault though- shes a single mum and honestly had no idea what to do with me as im the oldest. but I think it is mean when parents do it on purpose. I can see where they are coming from … (don’t want their little girl growing up so fast blah blah) but when all the other girls are shaving their legs, I think its mean not to let their daughter.

obviously if everyone was taking drugs or something, then they still have a right to say no, but shaving legs? what is the big deal!

Shaving not really bad, But if perents let kids do whatever they want imagine this world. So yes some choices can be giving but sometimes, I know, we think we know everything and we really don’t.
