Why are you you and I'm me, but I'm not you and you're not me?

Well, you see, I’m going through a realisation of everything that might be, and maybe isn’t. But’s so plausible that it just might be true. You’re you, I’m me… What if you’re name was Me? Could I go up to you and say “Hi me!” without people staring uncontrollably? No, I don’t think so. Explain your opinion on whatever you’re doubting. For example: Is everything we dream of real life, and the life we think we live is actually a dream?

PS. Don’t worry about however random, or weird it might be.

in omnia paratus I have been thinking of that to for a couple of years atleast once a week its really bothers me trying to figure it out

Answer #2

yea I think im understanding what your saying, but try to think about something a little different but really close to that. ok im going to try my best to explain what im thinking…

Instead of thinking about whether life we live in could be a dream or dream our actually lives, but think about the you are you stuff more.

Think what if your not you…but im me, but your not you. You understand who I am what I am, but you cant find you. You are an analyzer and your job has been to analyze everyone around you figuring out who they are and understanding them…but you cant understand who you are. Where did you come from, what do you believe?

That a name doesnt matter…because you can call another person HI ME! but they are who they are and your who you are so it cant be true…you can call them brother or sister because all humans/souls are connected by love, emotion, and spirituality. That everyone around you is family and treat them well. If all connected, if you hurt someone in some way, thus you are hurting yourself.

I don’t know thats my thought / thoughts

Try this: How do you know reality is real, I.e not an illusion? How do you know that the things that happen outside your radius if perception really do happen?

Or: How do you know, that people experience reality the way you do. For example if you see a fruit and it’s red, how do you know that the color-signal your eyes send to your brain wouldn’t be a different color in someone elses mind?

Aaaah. I feel so matrixed today. There is a wrongness in the fabric of space just behind my monitor.

Freud postulated that our identities were the culmination of our environment, social influences, and our abilities to process even the most idiotic questions put forth by individuals attempting to find reason in the unknown. I suggest you either see a therapist or use the internet for more useful things, like maybe searching the word philosophy and actually attempting to find an answer for the real unknowns in life. Or take another hit from the bong, and truck on…

Answer #5

This whole question is like a big paradox…

Lol but yes I think about that all the time. Heres another one: Try imagining not existing. Like, what were you before you were born? What will you feel when you die? Nothing. But what does nothing feel like?

I can get stuck in that whirlpool for hours!!!

Answer #6

I don’t understand stress. we put pressure on ourselves for no real reason. I mean yeah, a real reason could be when someone is about to die or be born. but like, can’t people just chillax!?
